5-INGREDIENT NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE TARTS

Easy no-bake chocolate tarts with a date-nut-cacao crust and 2-ingredient chocolate ganache filling. Top with berries and chocolate and swoon!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups walnuts

  • 1 heaping cup (~16) pitted/packed Medjool dates

  • ΒΌ cup raw cacao powder

  • 1 bag (~9 oz.) Hu Kitchen Dark Chocolate Gems

  • 1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk

  • fresh berries

  • more Hu Kitchen Dark Chocolate Gems, for topping

Instructions

  1. Line a large tart pan or 4-6 smaller tart pans with parchment paper.

  2. To make the tart crusts, pulse the walnuts and cacao into flour in a food processor.

  3. Add the dates and process until they stick together.

  4. Press the mixture into the the tart pan(s) to mold your tart shape.

  5. To make the chocolate ganache filling, empty the chocolate into a heat-safe bowl and set aside. Heat the coconut milk in a pan over medium until almost simmering. Pour the coconut milk over the chocolate and cover for 5 minutes. Uncover and stir until fully melted and creamy.

  6. To assemble the tarts, spoon chocolate ganache into each tart and swirl with the back of a spoon into an even layer. Top with with fresh berries and optional chocolate chunks.

  7. Place tart pans in the refrigerator or freezer to harden for at least one hour to harden.

  8. Serve and enjoy! Store leftovers in the refrigerator for one week and the freezer for one month.
