“DREAMY” CHOCOLATE GANACHE

This easy vegan chocolate ganache recipe made using Hu Orange Vanilla Cashew Butter Dark Chocolate bar is a game-changer. We took the chocolate frosting you loved as a kid and made it Hu style: vegan, gluten-free, with no refined sugars. Time to indulge without the guilt!
Instructions for Vegan Chocolate Ganache
Add almond milk to a mixing bowl and microwave for 1 minute. (Alternatively, heat in a saucepan until light simmer and then transfer to a mixing bowl.)
Immediately add the Hu chocolate to warm milk. Let it sit for 2 minutes to melt.
Stir gently with a wooden spoon, then add softened butter and cover. Let rest untouched for another 10 minutes to meld.
Use a mixer to beat the mixture together. Add 1 cup coconut sugar, mix again, and place in fridge to set for 20-30 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when you tip the bowl and it’s slow moving.
Remove from fridge and mix again. If the ganache is too thin, add another 1/4 cup coconut sugar at a time and mix until light and fluffy.
Top the carrot cake off with a generous layer of Vegan Chocolate Ganache.
